I assume you are replacing the rotors as well?

IMO much depends on your intended use of the car, street, track etc. I have Wilwoods on the street car and Sierra Racing calipers on the track car.

Wilwoods are readily available and pretty cheap, although there are other options like getting a set of used Porsche/Brembo brakes from a junk yard, which maybe an easier option in Europe.
