replacing axles

Hi first of all Im a brand new Pantera Owner as of today and need some insight/help on a few items. I bought a 1974 GTS Pantera, there are a few problems I need help with and they are:
1. need to find new axles, bushing etc and some one to install them.
2. The previous Owner installed an upgarde brake suspension ( vette brakes-?) and need to know how to maount the E brake
3. any special type of stero to install ?
