Estband, you mentioned hot start problems. Is this the case? If so, before you go through the trouble of replacing the cable, have you tried the additional ground approach? Panteras have a reputation for not starting easily when hot and an additional starter ground might solve your problem. It's well documented in these forums. Do a search and I'm sure youll find the info you need.
