Reply to "Ring Brothers Pantera"

Mutual respect between members is expected. Off-handed comments intended to make someone else look bad publicly are not acceptable. If two members are not getting along, please settle your differences privately. Please do not muddy-up the forums (and don't hijack a thread) by airing (and usually escalating) your differences publicly.

If a new member is used to a different code of conduct on other forums our code of conduct here may take some getting used to. Nobody is perfect, we all have errors in judgment from time to time. I'm very guilty myself. I've written people privately and apologized for things I've written on a bunch of occasions. I'm sure I'll have to in the future. I'm not asking anyone to do anything I haven't done myself.

Don't assume who reads or doesn't read these forums. Its far more people than the 200 or so active members who post regularly. The forums had over 900,000 page views last month. You'd be surprised who is looking in on us.

I'm going to do some pruning (not editing, but pruning) so please don't take it personally if I prune something you've written.
