They look like simple pieces of tubing which is easily and quickly made by a machinist. If you are assembling a car you may find the need for one more than once along the way. It appears that their only function is to center the joints.
See if you can find a local small shop to work with that will be economical.
I have found a local machinist that has been a great help, like when I broke a tap in the hole that attaches the shift linkage to the main shifter shaft on the ZF. He came over with a small hardened punch and carefully broke it out in pieces. I was greatly releived and amazed.
