Here are the Cam Specs from a Bullet Cam Hydraulic Roller I got based on George's recommendation.

I have about 1000 miles on it now, and it is running great. It has a good low speed / idle behavior, not too "lumpy".

The cam really wakes up above 3000 RPM. I have a hard time keeping my foot out of it.

The cam data is most of the way down the page.
