I'm running the Scorpion SCP1023 Race Series Roller Rockers in my 383 stroker Cleveland.

And, Scorpion rocker arms are Made in the USA. If I recall correctly, Dan Jones recommended them to me as being a quality rocker arm in the lower price bracket ($300) before jumping up to a $500 set of Crane Gold Race roller rockers.
