That manifold finished cost about $275 new. That's about what I paid for mine and then sold it for.
Apparently Ford Racing/Motorsport was making the raw castings available to whatever engine builder wanted them. The raw casting was probably in the $150 range.
A shop is probably going to charge something like $250 to $300 to mill the top, sides and drill the holes for you. The casting was made to accommodate 9.5 or 9.2" blocks. There is a lot of meat to remove for a 9.2 block.
The only advantage to this raw casting is that it can be ported to match the final configuration of you heads, block deck height and carb angle.
To a custom engine builder that is going to build an $80,000 race engine, presuming that this manifold could accommodate an $80,000 engine, it has value. To run it on the street now, it's worth less then $100 in it's current configuration unless you have your own mill and it doesn't cost you anything to machine it.
It isn't anything special. It's a lousy manifold for a Pantera or even a Mustang unless you want to run a Pro Stock type hood scoop with it. The thing is a mile high. In my very humble opinion take the $100 you can get for it.
