Reply to "Runs better on Hi test"

Kind of hard to understand what you are trying to say.

You might have a stuck fuel bowl float. Or your fuel bowl level setting is too high. Or a blown power valve.

Check the floats first. On side of the fuel bowl there is a flathead brass screw. Open that, the fuel should be just at or a little the screw hole (1/32). If too high you can adjust with the float adjustment screw on the top of the fuel bowl.
