Rust and the pantera ???

Is there a rust free pantera,, or do all cars have some sort of rust ???.. If a car is rust free today ,,, will it be rust free in 10 / 20 years " with proper care " ie. no rain or water of any kind // CA. car.

Can you even really see a problem coming in 5/10 years ???
