Bill at Wilkinson's did the spacer while I was having some other work done. The process: the spacer goes between the firewall and brake booster. They supply longer bolts. Bill doesn't recommend anything over 1 1/2" max. The spacer is 1/8" thinner at the bottom than the top to angle the booster down to clear the hood. While the pedal assy is out, you can do the mod to the brake pedal to move it to the left. Throttle cable bracket may have to be revised to get pedal to ideal angle. Total job 2 hours, including brake pedal modification. Have fun!
