George is right, there is not enough room for a 14" drop base.
Actually you can get 16" drop base dominator air cleaners. Will it fit? I have no idea.

Dommy intake still available.
Also as George said, the older Dominators like the 4575 have a PCV port and a vacuum port on teh metering block. the intake was sold with the 4575 in mind originally.
