Between you guys and the forum, the main cover for Paypal screw-ups seems to be using the credit card for all payments.

I'll probably switch to that tactic too.

I think I can sell what I received and come out even, but it still just blows me away that they denied a claim when the item received didn't even match the auction photo.

Why even have a complaint process if your system is obviously so totally screwed up?
