Sorry to hear of your problem. I too got no relief from two eBay auctions paid through Pay PaL.

Pay Pal found that I was due a refund for not receiving my items.But they could not collect from the seller. Unfortunatley for Pay Pal I paid with my credit card and after they investigated my claim, they charged it back on Pay Pal. That is why Pay Pal always defaults to your bank account for payment. I NEVER pay for anything on eBay/PayPal by any other method.
