Paypal will take your Paypal account funds first - this is their default.

Then they will ask to access your bank account for payment.

In all cases, you should be able to check 'other payment options' and choose credit card.

A verified Paypal account only means they verified the bank account is yours. It does not mean Paypal will always/only use your bank funds.

My future plans call for always draining my Paypal funds into my bank account; this is easy and allowed. AND always making payment with my credit card.
