So, if you have to get your credit card company to back charge Paypal, you just drain out the bank account so there is nothing for Paypal to take.

I set up a separate bank account just for Paypal so I guess I could do that..but for those that have linked a normal account I guess Paypal has their greedy little fingers always able to philfer your funds.

UPDATE ON MY CLAIM:

I contacted my 'expert' and found he had not even sent his fax until Saturday - the day after Paypal denied my claim.

They thus denied my claim prior to the January 19 deadline for receiving the fax.

Trust me, I'm not through with these boys yet.
