Alain and Marie-Claude Guerin live in Marseille (well, department 13, I don't know if he lives in the city or the region) and has often attended Euro-events. I know he has expressed interested in meeting other owners of the area.

Where are you exactly? I'm in northern Spain, (pays basque) which isn't very far from southern France...
