I knew someone would finally ask that ! The round black one is a manual choke. Electric chokes on Holleys dont work worth a damn. I LOVE the manual choke. It will always do what you want....Use dry graphite to lube it for best results.
The red button is a Jack DeRyke idea--facet electric fuel pump. Its a momentary switch. Hold it down and the pump fully primes the carb. Its amazing how fast a carb dries out when it sits. The car sure starts faster when its full of fuel.
