Seat Track Roller Removal

The original seat track rollers are flattened out and I want to remove them and replace them but I’m not sure how to get them out. I have the track slid as far one way as they will go so one of the rollers is as close to the outside as possible but it seems like I need to get something in there to pull them out but there doesn’t seem to be much room. Any suggestions for how to remove them? Thanks!
