Just wanted to follow up on this post. Thanks for the helpful replies. I found it was unnecessary to bend any of the tabs down. With some elbow grease I was able to slide the tracks apart to the point the rollers just fell out. I had to shave the rubber down on a couple of them where it was getting caught in an opening on the top portion of the seat track.
