Steve, sorry you had that experience. I had the same 'flat' rubber wheels, bought the DELTRIN ones from a vendor, installed them and there was a NIGHT AND DAY difference.

Rolls like it's on bearings, no kidding.

Did you recontact the vendor? Is something possibly bent in your frames?
