I simply adjusted the seat where the right foot was confortable with the brake and gas pedal and my arms were almost fully extended to the steering wheel and then installed wood blocks onto the clutch pedal to make up the difference. I like bmarconi's idea, reminds me of my grandmother with wood blocks on the pedals, but hey if it works!!! The problem with all the other suggestions is that moving the seat farther front, puts your chin right against the stearing wheel...not something I prefer being 5'5'' (but better than grinding gears from not depressing the clutch fully).
