I believe modern Recaro's are simply too bulky to work well in a Pantera. If you look on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc., you'll find businesses selling refurbished older model Recaros, that are significantly thinner and narrower than the modern versions. These seats have new padding, upholstery and knobs, so they look brand new. They also don't look out-of-place in a Pantera.

As an alternative, some OEM seats work well in a Pantera. The two I'm aware of are Lotus and Porsche 914 seats.
