Why the Sphere is the BEST Knob for Shifting! NO matter the Angle of the Shift Rod, the Sphere is Always Centered in the Palm of the Hand. Making it Possible to Develop a More Accurate 'Feel' for a Gear Selection. As some persons need to LOOK down at the Shifter, to Help them 'Find' the Correct Gear. Besides all, A Sphere makes a more Complete Contact with All Finger Tips, where the 'Feeling' takes place. And, It Just Feels Great!!

Yes! It may get Hot in the Sun, especially if One Sports a 'Sunroof'. As Stated, That is ONE reason I Always wear Leather Gloves.

I defy Anyone Here to just Try a Nice Solid, Weighted Sphere, Once...And then Go Back to That 'anemic' Leather thingy, just to be 'Correct'. Ha! I think Most will Never Go Back!
