Shifting in Reverse

On my stock Pantera it is getting difficult to get into reverse for some reason. There is no grinding when trying to get into reverse, but it just won't go into gear (the shifter goes all the way to the left of the shift gate, but I can't push it forward to reverse). After a few trys, it will slip in through. All other gears slide in like butter. Actually, there is no grinding in any gears, but just this problem of getting in reverse (so I assume the amount of throw from the slave is ok).
