Reply to "Shock and spring question"

The 5855's are the QA1 shock most are using, if you have any doubt you can call QA1's tech line and they'll give you their recommendations.

The DR is single adjustable and the DDR double adjustable, a 'P' suffix denotes the poly bushing or the 'B' the heim end. Summit's pricing will bring the single adjustable in at around $200 per corner with spring, probably cheaper than a Pantera vendor can supply. I know Larry Stock told me that Summit's price was almost his QA1 wholesale price.

You'll need to fabricate some spacers as the QA1 ends are narrower than the oem shock brackets.

Spring choice is an individual matter depending on what ride you want to achieve & ride height etc. 12" springs are normally used, but to lower ride height significantly 10" can work.

I chose 500lb rear and 400lb front spring rates.
