Similar problem as Albert with a twist

Hello guys,best wishes for the New Year. Well my problem is that the light goes on when contact, but it keeps slitghtley burning when engine is on , also when I put on the headlights the rpm of my fans drop by I think half . When I measure the voltage on the battery engine running stationary rpm voltage is 14,8 v , with headlights and fans on voltage is 12,7. Mayby 2 related things but I dont know, I am not an elektrician, any ideas ? greets.
