Thanks for all the help. It was just easier for me to loosen the rear spline bolt, shove the rod slightly forward, tighten the bolt & done. Shifts great now, shifter dead center in the gate. The turnbuckel was just harder to get at for me with the rigidity bar set up just over it and back problems & such.
