Slipping clutch or ZF

Just put the newly overhauled ZF back in the car and went for a short road test. In second gear gave a little gas and I find the revs go up. It did not slip before I took the trans out. Any ideas ?

just checked the pre-load at the slave and there is no load when clutch in released position.
