Source for KONI Shock Bushings?

I have a set of N.O.S. KONI shocks for the PANTERA that, unfortunately did not come with eye bushings. I have combed through too many websites (including KONI's) with no luck. Has any PANTERA owner replaced these bushings and knows where they can be baught? The ID is 12mm and the OD is approximately 30mm.
