Ron, are you worried about historical accuracy or getting by if you get a flat? My new RX-8 didn't come with a spare, just a can of tire inflate/seal and a small compressor. In my Pantera all I carry is 2 cans of the inflate/seal stuff. No spare is going to match the front AND rear rolling diameters and you can (I read) destroy a ZF in short order if the rear tires are miss-matched diameters and you drive for more than a few miles. Plus, the cans take up a lot less space, are cheaper and weigh a lot less. Mind you, I’ve never actually had to use them... Hmmm.
