On US cars there is a hex nut that is fiberglassed into the tub for the retaining bolt.
I'm not sure that you can get the jack under the car with a flat. The chassis pretty much sits on the ground.
'Better off using a chase plane with a pit crew.
Maybe a chopper with a skyhook to lift it off the ground?
