Reply to "Spark Plug fouling"

...Carbon Fouled! NOT Oil Fouled...I would Add:

Using a Gasoline Additive.
Running without an Air Cleaner(s).
Dirty Oil, when using a PCV system.
Too Small of a Plug Gap. I gap them at .045" Minimum.
Could be a weak Coil or a Defective Module. Check in a Darkened room.
The Arc should be a Blue 'Flame'. Not just a small 'Yellow Spark'. Then That leads Us to Rotor and Distributor Cap!

I ran #24's, TOO Cold, They would get 'Sooty'.
Tried #26's TOO Hot, caused 'Uncontrollable' Pinging.
Now using #25's Perfect, Clean, Tan to off-white. Pinging Only Under a Heavy Load and when engine is very Hot.

You probably just need to give Her a 'Italian Tune-Up'. Take Her out on the Interstate and hit some higher revs for awhile. She'll cruise back Purring Like a Kitten! Ofcourse, Clean and Re-Gap all the Plugs, First!
