Dennis, Approx 377 ci depending on bore. Interesting I have heard the 4V heads were meant for an engine in this cubic inch range, the 20 extra cubic inch's make's all the difference and is almost perfect for stock heads.
This is a thread that might have some info you can use, hope it helps. Also I have a Crower Solid Roller cam that might interest you on the spec's.
