speedo out of whack

Hi all,
I installed an Autometer "Phantom" speedometer in my 72 and the mph is way out now. It was accurate when I had the stock speedo in it. Any suggestions on how to rectify this? The rest of the guages are also autometer so I have to stay with what matches.
