...I would look for a 'Speedometer Shop' in My area. They would have every fitting needed to make up a new(Inside)cable. Be sure to take ALL of Your Broken Cable(if this is Your case)into the Shop, so they can Get the Length correct! You would NOT have to remove the Outside 'Sheath'. But check to make sure there are No sharp bends or kinks in the sheath that caused your problem in the first place! Then just lube it up as you slide it in, Fixed! I use 'Teflon Grease', or a very thin Oil. Good-Luck with it!...
