It is an angle drive for your speedometer cable. Looks like the newer model size. You can tell for sure by the diameter on the nut of the cable. If it is the newer smaller size you might want to find it. Ain't cheap. The older larger size, I think 17 mm can screw directly into the transmission because the drive is 1 to 1 if you're missing the drive.
