My 1973 L has just had the wiper motor refurbished and it is apparent that it filled up with water in the past. Later model Pantera's have a wiper motor splash shield and I want to make one out of a sheet of aluminum. It will be very helpful if I have a pattern to cut it out with.

If someone is handy and wants to make me one, I'll happily pay for it instead. If someone has gone to aluminum splash shields and is willing to sell their old metal one, I'll be happy to buy your old one.

Also, if a splash shield is used on the rear part of the driver's side front wheel well, I'd like to get a pattern for that splash shield also. I'll be happy to acquire an old one or a fabricated one for payment as well.

I am reasonably sure that my wiper motor is cooked on my '74. My plan is to pull it next weekend and check it out. I'd be happy to make a cardboard template for you. Did you just bring your motor to a local motor shop? How much was the re-hab? I remember speaking with Wilkinson a couple of months back. I think he wanted around $135 for a "better-than-original" wiper motor.
