Years ago when I removed the spacers from my springs the car sat noticably lower on the left side. I assumed that the springs had sagged some due to the fuel tank being on that side and a lot of miles without a passenger. I used the two thinner spacers and installed on both the front and rear on the left side. Car looked level and that's how it was for 15 years and 60,000 miles.
