Starting the Deauville

We have a Deauville which didn't ran for about 7 years. The first step towards restoration is to make it run again. First of all we need a battery. We were thinking of an 70~75 amp battery with CCRA/EN over 500 amp, is this correct?
Furthermore one tank leaks and the other has become clogged. This due to rust. Is there somebody who ever cleaned a tank of an Deauville? Is it wise to change the fuelpumps also? And the fuel tupes? Is it wise to change spark plugs and wire set, distributor cap and rotor and all filters? Thanx for all information.
