Steering wheel Questions - 74

Hello, first post here. Recently purchased a 74 Pantera (L); it’s in pretty original condition. I have a few “tasteful upgrades” in mind, nothing irreversible. First up is the steering wheel, which to my eye is not in keeping with the rest of the cockpit.

I have a Momo steering wheel in mind, but am wondering which size is generally preferred here.

I understand (from reading here) that I will need to pick up an adapter hub from Wilkinson. Any particular advice there ?

I'm also interested to learn how to go about getting a Detomaso logo button for the center of the steering wheel.
