Does your 'back to stock' scenario go as far as removing the wide body kit? The 7" and 8" narrow body wheels are gonna make your wide body car look like a 'funny car'. Campi's for the GT5 and wide bodies are 10" and 13" widths and fetch a premium, the last set I saw sell for north of $6K.
