I use a 180 Hi-Flow available from Pantera East. To change it is easiest to do if you do it from inside the vehicle and remove the bulkhead. Remove the 2 bolts holding the thermostat housing, carefully, they are prone to breaking and a bear to remove if they do break. The thermostat housing has a pipe that runs back to the water bottles.

It is also easiest to get at the area in the front of the block to put the temp sensor if you remove the bulkhead cover.
