Strange Vibration

Comming back from an hour trip, came to stop and when I proceeded to go, strange vibration..especially after more RPMs. thought it might be a flat tire...Nothing loose, plugs and wires look ok. but when I rev it up, vibration increases, even sitting still. could it be the Timing? sounds like a dull vibration comming from engine.
I have had this car for 10 yrs, never heard this before. but whats new with a Pantera..
