stroked engine in my Pantera

Good morning,
I recently bought in US a Pantera, VIN#: THPNNU05309 from 1973.
On the plate i found the engine-number: 04121

According to the invoice which came with the car the engine was changed in 2009 to a 393 cui stroked Cleveland engine. There are a lot of modification ( Edelbrock Heads, Carburator, MSD ignition etc.) From 2009 till today the car was driven about 3,000 miles.
For registration in Germany I need a engine number. As I mentioned the original number was 04121 but on the engine block ( driver side- direction to the transmission) I found a number: 345 872 42
I did a lot of research to identify the engine based on the number but unfortunately I cannot find any result in Ford or De Tomaso forum.

Can anybody help me please.
