Reply to "Stroker Crankshafts - Aluminum Heads - Performance Induction Systems - 500 or More Horsepower From Small Block Fords"

Details... It's the most exciting machine I've ever driven! I don't have much info on the original build except what I learned posthumously, although there is a dyno sheet in the file from previous owner. 719 close to 6500 rpm on a mix of pump gas and race fuel but the hp numbers don't mean much to me - it's the endless wall of torque lurking in wait under that right pedal! The motor now has 10.5 pistons, a slightly different roller cam grind, a new pro systems carb and .010" less metal in the holes. I'll bring the file over from the shop if there's an interest in cam, piston etc details. I've not had it on a dyno, but I'd expect with less squeeze and pump gas all the numbers are significantly down. Doesn't matter, I keep it electronically limited at 6k and it's still more than a handful.
