Stroker thoughts

I'm trying to compare two stroker kits from SCAT. I have marked them with red rings in the attached picture. When comparing rod/stroke ratio I got the following.

383: 1.63:1 R/S
393: 1.56:1 R/S

I have read that a good choice is a rod to stroke ratio near 1.55:1 and more than 1.250" in compression height. source

I was not able to find any information about these pistons on the internet so I could not find the compression height for them.

Anyone with any ideas about these kits
