That's good to know. What type of heads did you run them on?

If they were complete sets I'd be happy to buy at that price and would be very appreciative of any such opportunities you could direct my way.

Best,

Hello K; In my never ending quest to add to my Sports Car Collection ( currently at 16) I have a chance/opportunity to meet a very eclectic group of automotive enthusiasts.

I have a 1973 Mach 1 Cobra Jet factory 4-speed "Highly Optioned" car.

Car is a "1" of "1" according to the Marti Report.

I was looking for a set of factory OEM seatbelts for my 1973 Mach 1. The seatbelts are "1" year only, so I meet a gentlemen who had a VERY NICE set.

Went to his home & amongst a plethora of Mustang parts he also had a Boss 351 Cleveland engine, that included the valve covers being discussed.

I had some date coded correct Boss 302 heads he was interested in.

A deal was struck & I acquired the Seat Belts & a BOSS 351 engine.

Last month I went to look at a Lola T70 replica to buy. The Lola was a Great Buy!!!...BUT the cockpit was "Glove Tight" & for myself, rather claustrophobic, so I passed.

The owner of the Lola T70 is quite famous in the Ford Racing Crowd, & has amassed a vast collection of VERY $$$$$$$ Ford Racing engines/parts.

We happened upon talking about Clevelands & "Jerry's" eyes LITE UP!!!...Jerry LOVES Cleveland's & Ford 427 Cammers!!!.

Long story short...Acquired a "Hank the Crank" destroker crankshaft that reduces a 351 Cleveland to a 331 Cleveland...Jerry goes..."JUST TAKE IT!!!"...I gave Jerry a Benji for beer money.

I could inquire for you if Jerry has any of the valve covers in question...Mark
