My Centerforce uses a standard external slave that drives the crossbar on the ZF housing. Nothing exotic.
I use the McLeod Throwout Bearing - it's adjustable for "height", but is a standard configuration.

PS - Be careful if you pull the pin on the slave - the piston wants to keep coming out. It's always a struggle for me to keep the clutch slave compressed, hold it on the bell housing, and get the bolts started. You need 4 hands, and 2 tie-wraps to do that by yourself.
