We THINK the '70-74 Alfa Spyder sunvisors are the same as in '71-75 Panteras, but may be done in different upholstering. The mounting brackets certainly are interchangeable. Of course, the vendors now reproduce those crack-prone OEM plastic mounts in solid aluminum.
